Shipping Policy

To ensure the proper handling and packaging of items, please allow up to one week from the time of purchase for items to ship. We offer domestic shipping via USPS Priority Mail for all U.S. customers. Please note that all coffee table books will be shipped using USPS Media Mail.

International shipping is available upon request. Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, and brokerage fees. For more information on international orders, please fill out our contact form.

Returns

Due to the vintage and fragile nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please be aware that items may have small imperfections inherent to their vintage or antique condition. If you would like additional photos or information about an item, please contact us before placing your order.

Eleven Home Aesthetics is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen items once they leave our possession. All packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, which includes $100.00 of insurance. If you would like to add additional insurance to your order, please reach out to us prior to purchasing.

In the event that an item is lost or damaged during transit, the customer is responsible for filing a claim with USPS. If there is a problem with your item/items that you would like to bring to our attention, please contact us so we can assist you further.
