Shipping

To ensure proper handling and packaging of items, we request up to a week from the time of purchase for items to ship. We offer Domestic through USPS Priority Mail to all US customers.

International shipping is available upon request. Customers will be responsible for any taxes, duties and brokerage fees that may apply. Please fill out a contact form for more information on an international order.


Returns

Due to the vintage/fragile nature of our products all sales are 100% final. No returns. No exchanges. If you would like additional photos or information on an item please contact us before placing an order.

Eleven Home Aesthetics is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen items once they leave our possession. If you would like to add additional insurance to an order please contact us prior to purchasing.

Should an item get lost or damaged in transit, the customer is responsible for filing a claim with USPS. If there is a problem with your item/items that you would like to bring to our attention, please contact us so we can assist you further.
